Returns (for refunds and exchanges)
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact returns@uk-baby.co.uk for a returns number. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any returned items must be securely packaged and returned in th original condition, with original packaging along with your receipt. On receipt UK Baby will refund or exchange. Return and original delivery costs are to be met by the customer.
Refunds (for non despatched products)
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates acceptance of your order. In the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable or offer an alternative product. Failing an agreement, a refund will be processed immediately.
